This site is in
a constant state of transformation so many new features will be
added over time. I would like to give you some background on
myself as a comics dealer. My name is Ken Spencer and I have
been an avid collector of comic books for over 20 years. My
attention is mainly focused on high grade books, however, if I
find mid to low grade books that have certain attributes such as
exceptional cover gloss, white pages and great eye appeal, I
will buy and sell these as well.
Some books are virtually unattainable in high grade, so it is
rewarding to own them regardless of their state. Additionally, I
deal in a combination of both CGC graded and non-graded,
however, I prefer books that are ungraded for my personal
collection. In my opinion, nothing shows off a comic book better
than viewing it simply through a single Mylar sleeve.
My reputation for accurate grading is well known to dealers
across the United States and Canada, however I will always offer
a full refund to anyone for any reason if the book is returned
within 7 days, in the same condition. I feel customer service is
essential and Larger Than Life Comics will always treat every
customer with fairness.
Other collectibles that will be featured on this site in the
future will be pulps, paperback books with classic art covers,
and some select non-sports trading cards and stickers. Please
